How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped every Monday from Reykjavík. Shipping via Pósturinn (Iceland Post) typically takes 5-15 business days depending on your location.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 200+ countries and territories — every destination served by Pósturinn (Iceland Post). You'll see the full list at checkout. We do not currently ship to the United States. Shipping rates vary by destination.
Do you sell refrigerated or perishable items?
No — every product in our store is shelf-stable and travels safely by standard post. Refrigerated goods cannot be shipped via Pósturinn, so we don't carry them.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment provider, Teya.
Can I return or exchange products?
As our products are food items, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
